Karsten  Nelson

Karsten Nelson is a performing musician and has recently become a licensed real estate agent in Indiana and Kentucky. After obtaining a music degree at Bellarmine University in 2005, Karsten has been very busy performing and teaching guitar/bass lessons thru Mom’s Music in Louisville. You can find him on stage with his wife, Sarah Smith, in variety of bands including “Tony and the Tan Lines” a yacht rock party band, “The Dark Side of the Wall, a Pink Floyd tribute band, his original music and many others. Along with music, real estate has recently become a big part of his life and he is very busy helping folks in the area with their real estate needs thru RE/MAX Advantage and RE/MAX Properties East. When he’s not performing/writing music or busy with real estate, he loves to workout with kettlebells, hang with his kitty cats, and experience all the amazing restaurants in the area.
