I am a mother of 2, Trevor is 12 & Renlee is 8. I am a graduate of The BreakAway House (July 2020). By day I work as the Assistant Store Manager for a local grocery store. Yet, after I clock out from my day job my true passion takes over. I help other women in recovery achieve the life they want & deserve, just as I did. I teach Recovery Dynamics at The BreakAway & Genesis House and work as a peer recovery coach. Because of my sobriety the last 3 years, I have gotten to be a mother to my kids again, buy a new car and buy my first home. Without The BreakAway, I would not be where I’m at today, which is the main reason I continue to do what I do on a daily basis. I want to ensure that The BreakAway is around long into the future because it helped save my life along with countless others. I am excited to be part of this event, which will help keep the doors open for future women in need.
